‘After three decades in the advertising industry I finally stepped away from my job to take up my passion for oil paint, brushes and painting. I am still developing a style but most of my work is semi-abstract - using a palette knife to replicate the spontaneity, ruggedness and atmosphere of my local landscape and inspiration, Dartmoor. I have also investigated more abstract works again inspired by the Dartmoor wilderness landscape.’
